Texas Book Company Bookstore Division Celebrates Another Successful Year
What has 66 legs, eight wheels, bad teeth, an inspirational motto, and multiple awards for excellence?
If you said an Autobot Transformer, no more kiddy meals with the toy inside for you. If you said the 2008
Texas Book Company Manager’s Meeting, you are right. This year the annual three-day training event was
highlighted with camaraderie, friendly and spirited competition, and recognition for individual and team
excellence. Click here for complete story.
Congratulations to Tammy Williams, Texas Book Company’s 2008 Manager of the Year
Tammy Williams, bookstore manager at University of Arkansas Community College at Hope (UACCH),
received the prestigious honor as the 2008 Store Manager of the Year. Each year Texas Book Company’s
College Bookstore executives, administrators and store managers get together in Dallas, TX, for the
